Check-in / Check-out

Our check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Early check ins / late check outs by prior arrangement only.

Booking Policy

  • Bookings can be made online, or contact us directly at info@upthecreek.ca or (604) 837-5943
  • If planning to arrive within 24 hours of the time of booking, we appreciate a courtesy text at the number above to advise your ETA
  • All Long Weekends require a minimum two night booking
  • Bookings of 7 nights or more are eligible for a 10% discount
  • All bookings of more than 7 nights require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, payable by e-transfer to payment@upthecreek.ca
  • All customers arriving after 10pm and staying for just one night are required to pay by e-transfer prior to arrival

Payment methods

  • We prefer direct e-transfer via payment@upthecreek.ca as this keeps your money local and doesn’t incur extra fees (auto deposit enabled)
  • Cash and card (VISA and MasterCard) payments are also accepted
  • Credit card details are required at time of booking to hold your reservation.

Pets

  • The Cherry Cabin is Up The Creek’s only pet-friendly accommodation option
  • There is a one-off $10+tax fee to have your pet stay with you in the cabin
  • Out of respect for other guests, we ask that your pet is kept out of the main house. It is welcome to explore the garden and outdoor areas under the owner’s care.

Smoking

  • There is a designated smoking area by the front fence, away from the main lodge
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the property
  • Be mindful of other guests, especially youngsters.

Alcohol

  • You’re welcome to bring and drink your own alcohol at the lodge
  • We have a cold fridge and labelling kit
  • Please consumer responsibly, and be mindful of younger guests
  • Recycle your empties!
