Check-in/Check-out

Check in time is 4pm. Check out time is 11am on the day of departure. Early check-ins / late check-outs by prior arrangement only.

  • 1 Oct to 31 May: 48-hr cancellation policy on all rooms except group bookings.
  • 1 June to 30 September: One week cancellation on all private rooms

Method of Payment

We accept credit cards (MasterCard and Visa, no Amex), Interac, e-transfer and Canadian cash only. ID required. Payments by e-transfer are preferred but the booking must be held by a credit card number.

Booking Conditions

Bookings can be made through our online server anytime in advance of arrival. It is appreciated if all travellers arriving within 24 hours of an online booking contact us by text at 604 837 5943 to advise of their ETA.

All Long Weekends require a minimum two night booking.

All bookings of more than 7 nights require a 25% non refundable deposit at the time of booking, payable by e-transfer to payment@upthecreek.ca

All customers arriving after after 10pm and staying for just one night are required to pay by e-transfer.
