Up The Creek is available for group bookings where the entire facility can be booked for exclusive use, making it the perfect destination for retreats, or special events and getaways for up to 26 people.

High season rate: $935 + taxes/day
Low season rate $800 + taxes/day
During high season (May – October), the property can accommodate 26 people including camping spaces and RV parking. During low season (November – February), RV parking and camping is not available, maximum capacity during this period is 18 people.
- Usual check in time of 4pm and check out time of 11am may be varied by advance arrangement with management, but is charged at $50/hour.
- Off-street parking is available for a maximum of five cars. We encourage guests to park off-street if possible out of respect for our neighbors. Carpooling is encouraged, or better still, use our transit system or come by bicycle.
- Groups wishing to use the common areas of the property for daytime meetings, seminars, meditation, yoga etc may do so with the additional charge of $150 + taxes per day.
- Group bookings are payable two weeks in advance and require a non-refundable deposit upon booking via e-transfer only. A damage deposit of $500 is also required at the time of full payment, which will be returned via e-transfer on the day of check-out.
- Damage to property will be charged at two times the replacement value.
- Please note that there will always be a manager or volunteer onsite during your stay, and that reasonable quiet enjoyment of the property is expected. Quiet time outside is strictly 11pm. Complaints received after this hour, or the requirement to request guests move inside, will be charged at $100 per occurrence, deducted from the damage deposit provided.
- Up The Creek will require a designated person for text contact during the course of the stay (for wedding bookings, someone besides the bride or groom).
- Staff will of course keep bathrooms, kitchen and common areas clean and tidy during the group stay, but guests are expected to keep the lodge reasonably tidy upon leaving the property, overnight and at check out time.
The room/bed configuration for 26 people is as follows:
- Cherry Cabin: 2 persons in one double bed
- Fir room: 4 persons in one queen bed and 2 single bunks (1 upper)
- Cedar room: 5 persons in one queen bed and 3 single bunks (2 upper)
- Arbutus room: 7 persons in 7 single bunks (2 upper)
- Camping: 3 sites, 2 persons each
- Small RV parking (max 16′): 1 spot, 2 persons max
